Neurohilarity’s mandate is to create more positive representation of neurodiversity and to promote neurodiverse artists.
Mission
Being neurodiverse means:
- facing challenges that other people don’t face when it comes to sensory issues
- having more challenges networking and booking work
- having a unique viewpoint on the world from different lived experiences
- seeing beauty that others may not notice.
Vision
A world where there is more positive representation of neurodiversity, allowing more people to feel represented and have feelings of agency in their own lives. A world where neurodiverse people aren’t just seen as people needing help but are also the helpers, the teachers, the leaders.
